Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I took nine estimates prior to selecting this company. Many of them spent 10% of the time looking at my roof and 90% of the meeting trying to sell me on a package of warranties, supervision, etc. This was not the case with Looking Up; they spent their time with a very comprehensive estimate of my roofing needs. When all the bids were in, there were only about 3 of the nine that were competitive, and the professionalism of Lisa and Jonathan was obvious. You only have to see Jonathan walk around on a roof to notice how aware and knowledgeable he is about what's happening. When the work began, I knew right away that I had made the right choice. Jonathan noticed that much of my under layer of plywood was the original 1959 wood and I really should replace some of it. I looked at his examples and agreed. I appreciated the fact that he did not just proceed with the original plan and did make sure that my roof was really brought up to a quality standard that I could rely on. They completed the work in the two-day window that was expected, and left my home and yard in excellent condition. This was probably the best experience I have had with any contractor on any job, and I have been in my home for over 40 years... could not recommend them too strongly.
